Riviera Resort - Batticaloa

The staff at Riviera Resort were attentive and very friendly. The location of the resort is perfect, near many tourist spots, and with a view of the swimming pool. The resort is conveniently located next to an outdoor restaurant, lush garden, and park.

It was based in really nice building in a nice location, next to the river. Besides, it was very close to a very nice garden next to the lagoon, the Kallady beach and the lagoon and the grounds: )

The place was clean with caring staff, Jayanthy the receptionist was very kind and helpful. We got great value for money with a room that included a TV, good view, and strong WiFi. - the attached restaurant was really enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay at a charming resort in Batticaloa. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the lagoon and a peaceful atmosphere. The resort had a delightful old-fashioned feel to it, adding to the enchanting ambiance. We enjoyed the option of either walking to the deserted white beach or relaxing by the inviting swimming pool. The staff, especially Jayanthy, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite the challenges they faced after the tsunami, their smiles never wavered. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The room was large and budget, and I slept very well. the location was magnificent and beautiful, just a pleasant stroll away from Auliya Mosque. - the area was very beautiful adjacent to a garden area right next to the lagoon, the bay, and the restaurant.
